Globus-SB-Warenhaus in St. Wendel

Getting more and more annoying. The renovation on the first floor is nice, but by the time I found the products for my bathroom, I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown and then you constantly have the thought in your head that every few weeks all products are moved somewhere else. It's like looking for gold and not buying! I wish the responsible developers of such plans would find their reward in the same way as I would find my products. And then there's the fact that I can put vegetables that I want to process in two or three days in the green bin by then. Up until a few years ago I was almost only buying at Globus because I could do my shopping quickly and completely in one single shop. My feeling tells me that Globus wants to take up more and more of my free time. But there are not only negative things. I think the meat counter is great because it can't be moved into another corner and the products are still delicious after three days. With a few exceptions, the staff is always friendly and the shelf fillers help every time I can't find something. You are the reason why I still do a small part of my shopping at Globus from time to time. So much in advance ...

The rules for how many people are allowed to enter the market are missing here. Doesn't work at all. Distance rules cannot be adhered to with the number of people. You get the feeling that many see this business as a new destination. Pity

My favorite market !!!! Extremely nice staff, they don't show their stress (which they guaranteed). Always ready to help and you get a lot about the household.

Pure stress. The escalator was being renovated. Had to queue up at the cash register. Bring shopping to the car. Then stand in line with the food at the checkout. Not so fast to the globe.

Large selection, wide aisles, unfortunately the escalator is out of order and you have to wait a long time for the elevator. Store is overheated for my taste too.

UPDATE: At the round table with Minister Anke Rehlinger, Globus is not promising any non-food products that local retailers cannot / may not sell due to the pandemic, from advertising. Today the new leaflet appeared, again with page by page advertising for such products. Just pathetic. In Corona times, you are encouraged to do your shopping in the shortest possible time and reduce it to the bare minimum. And what is Globus doing as a full-range retailer? They advertise with discount campaigns for products that cannot / may not be sold in the local retail trade due to the closings. Personally, I have shopped often and a lot in Globus stores and their hardware stores. The times are over now. I will not leave a cent more in these markets. I find this greed for money more than anti-social. The government allows the full range of products to be sold and these money vultures attract additional customers with discount campaigns. They don't care about minimum clearances and hygiene. The main thing is that the cash register rings. And yes, I checked it out for myself today ...

Here I can find everything I need. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even if you really have a complaint, you will be helped immediately. I feel good in this market.

Really good. I bought fish in the store, the quality of which was very good. I also got a sack of ice for the cool transport. Was enthusiastic. The selection is of course also huge.

When I go shopping here, the salespeople are always helpful and friendly. (But there are customers that I have already experienced that cannot be satisfied with anything, I think they are just looking for arguments. I have no idea what is going on with them.) I get everything in one house, the everyday and also unusual items, in Groceries, drugstores and textiles. I like to shop here 👍😀.

Was literally yelled at by the cashier at till 9 this afternoon, I should kindly keep the distance, although in my opinion the distance was big enough. I stood on the floor marking, if not it was definitely not on purpose. But that is by no means a reason to plump you like that, it can also be done in a different tone. I've never seen anything like this unfriendly. We all have to go through this corona time.

Hygiene dispenser on site Security regulates one and the outlet. In my opinion, the sausage, meat quality and taste have decreased significantly, especially the texture of the meat loaf.

In my opinion the best Globus among the Globus branches. Although the renovation in the non-food area is a moderate catastrophe in my opinion, the butchery and the bakery are tearing this out again. I make sausage myself now and then. The butcher's shop is a competent point of contact for high-quality meat. The sourdough bread from the bakery is also a poem.

Wanted to go shopping. I left the shop because the rush was way too much for me. So keeping your distance looks different. Will avoid business for the time being.

I can only recommend. However, prices were increased sharply in some cases after the renovation. I would be happy if there would be lunch tables under 5 EUR again. There are only a few left now ...

Supermarket, many brands, good choice of products

Globus is not my business for quick, daily shopping, but we have other shops right around the corner. But if I want something special from the good, I go to Globus. Because I'm guaranteed to get the things that I can't find in our town. (Distance to the Globus market for me: 22 km)

There is almost everything you need on a daily basis here. The meat department is of consistently good quality and it's always fresh. The highlight is the great wine department with a large selection and competent advice.

Mega!

The first, biggest Globus shopping center in the city of Globus owner and founder. The Globus in St.Wendel has 3 etages. In parterre is food shop, first floor everything, second floor is a restaurant which looks old but finally is comfortable.The newest part is Snack Insel in the ground floor, possible to have a coffee , cakes but as well warm main food. The whole house is actually in a big reconstruction to get a really modern building as the main Globus shopping center. It doesn't influence the purchasing of clients. The staff, sellers in each department are very helpful and kind to all clients, which is usually in all Globus stores. These new fotos are from July 2019- very nice new terasse on Globus St. Wendel which is open into space and with a great view to the church and foresty hills. On the terace are clementines and zitron trees. Very nice veranda (Wintergarten) with meditereen flair.

Best place in Germany to get all your grocery needs. Large section of meats. They have it all here!

You can buy there basically anything. They have a huge section with fresh vegetables and fruits. This is why I like it so much.

Very large supermarket with a good selection of products and clothing and children's items and stationery. Most upset not very tasty potatoes in the cafe-quickly. Also there is free wi-fi, toilet. Huge parking. In principle, the place is quite cozy and very lively with many very visitors.

It was nice just that I want them to reduce the cost of there goods.
